Entry Fees, Classes and Show Rules: Early Entry Fee is $10.00 per head if received prior to May 8, 2010. Entry Fee of $15.00 per head will be accepted until May 23, 2010 at 7:30 am. Entry fees are non-refundable, but substitutions will be allowed. All fees are due when entries are submitted. Download entry form.

Arrivial & Departure Times: Show animals may come in anytime during the week of May 17 and must be checked in with the show secretary before 8:00am Saturday and Sunday. Show Goats will be released at 3:00pm on Sunday May 23.

HEALTH AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

All Exhibitors and Consignor’s with livestock at the Expo are required to provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum of $300,000 coverage.
Send Certificate of Insurance or copy of Maine Association of Livestock Exhibitors Membership card with your entries. Check the health and insurance requirements page for more information.

CAMPERS

Camper spaces will be available for consignors and trade show vendors for $25 for the weekend. Download camper form.
